I come from a family deeply entrenched in the medical field, being the youngest among four siblings. My educational journey led me through Wheaton College and Portland State University, where I earned a Master's degree in Social Work.
My professional experience is diverse, ranging from roles in Indian child welfare, long-term care, and child protective services to an extensive 26-year tenure in public education. In 2017, I embarked on a new venture, establishing a private practice where I've had the privilege to serve over 100 clients.
My approach is marked by compassion and optimism, focusing on the importance of brain health and the innate capacity for self-healing. Specializing in ADHD, ASD, addictions, parenting/relationship issues, and brain injuries, I offer services such as codependency counseling, trauma resolution, and cutting-edge brain-focused therapies like Brainspotting.
